Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Hygiene & Safety Policy (Important)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most jewellery items once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to protect all customers and ensure that all jewellery sold is new, unworn, and hygienic.
Jewellery items are considered personal-use products, and for this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings of any kind

Necklaces, rings, bracelets, bangles, and anklets

Sets containing earrings or items intended for direct skin contact

Items that have been worn, tried on, or removed from protective packaging
Once delivered, these items are non-returnable.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to assist.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos or video showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not available.
4. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item received. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are not available due to hygiene considerations and stock limitations.
Please carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing details before placing your order. If you are unsure about a product, feel free to contact us prior to purchasing.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
7. Sale & Promotional Items
All sale items, discounted products, and promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
8. Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to:

An incorrect address provided by the customer

Refused delivery
We are unable to issue a refund. Reshipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
